I keep my rates lower due to not billing insurance directly. I also accept a certain number of sliding scale clients per year. If you feel you are in need of a lowered rate, please inquire and we will start a conversation

Every week, my subscribers receive a writing prompt that helps you turn inward. They might be stand alone reflections or reflections on a theme.
If you can’t pay to subscribe, that’s OK! You will still receive posts and monthly writing prompts.

I hope the prompts will inspire you to be curious about yourself -- to explore through written word the multitudes that you contain.
You’ve never tried to write about yourself and are curious about how it feels and what you might learn about yourself. You like to journal but you aren’t sure what to write or how to get started. You’ve been mulling over the idea of writing a memoir, but you don’t know where to start. You are curious. This is the place for you.
Your written responses to these weekly prompts can be just for you. If you would like to share your writing, please post in the chat section of the menu on the left. I am hoping to build community, and sharing your writing responses can help us do that!
Also… this is not limited to writers. If you want to use the prompts as a thought exercise, or want to use a voice memo app or other recording devise to record your responses, feel free. Do what’s right for you!
